Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the time and preparation involved in each session, a non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. No exceptions. Rescheduling within this window will allow you to apply your retainer (deposit) toward a future session within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session or no-shows will result in a forfeited retainer. A new retainer (deposit) will be required to book a new session. We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
